About Christianna 

At the mere age of eight, Christianna developed a passion for beauty when she created body care products to gift to her mother. This pivotal moment laid the foundation for her future endeavors in the beauty industry, which blossomed into a full-fledged commitment to innovation and creativity, driving her to explore new horizons in cosmetics, wellness, and fragrance. Her pride in each endeavor and her achievements extend beyond the confines of academia, reflecting a commitment to pushing boundaries and effecting change in the beauty world.

Furthering her career in the beauty industry, Christianna received her Associate of Arts in Visual Design, excelling in graphic design platforms. During this time, she studied through Formula Botanica and received two Diplomas in Education in Organic Skincare Formulation and Beauty Brand Business Management. These provided her with knowledge in skin anatomy, formulation design, aroma-cosmetology, global cosmetic compliance, and beauty branding. Upon graduation, Christianna continued her education at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, receiving her Associate of Arts in Beauty Marketing and Product Development. Here, she was able to showcase her creativity and innovation in the beauty industry in classes such as Beauty Business Operations, Global Business, Marketing Communications, and Fundamentals of Cosmetics. Christianna acknowledges the collaborative nature of her work, recognizing the contributions of her classmates and the guidance of her professors, whose challenges have fueled her drive to consistently surpass her own standards. In addition, Christianna served on the board of Future Leaders in Beauty as the Secretary & Public Relations Head Chair, fostering leadership in a collaborative community.

She currently works as a Business Analyst for World of Chris Collins Fragrances, working directly with Chris to optimize retail performance across Sephora, Nordstrom, Saks, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman. She analyzes sales trends, manages inventory strategy, and oversees digital launches to ensure consistent brand performance and visibility across major retailers.

As a Sales Ambassador at OSEA Malibu, Christianna leads in-store brand education, hosts regional events, and manages visual merchandising across multiple retail partners.

At Bianco Profumo, Christianna freelanced for the niche fragrance brand in Chicago, Illinois. Here, she worked as an Influencer Marketing/Social Media Coordinator, where she identified micro-influencers and analyzed performance metrics.

Back in 2022, Christianna became a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, where she provided expert advice on all things beauty. Her leadership skills were demonstrated through training three new hires. This experience led to a freelance merchandising role at Sephora in 2024.

Christianna has forged impactful collaborations with esteemed beauty brands, establishing a dynamic presence across various social media platforms. Through her advocacy work with Honest Beauty, she actively participated in their campaign amplifying their message and fostering community engagement. Furthermore, Christianna has partnered with an array of renowned beauty brands, including Saie Beauty, Maison Margiela Fragrance, Glossier, Armani Beauty, Kiehl's, Merit, Topicals, and Matrix. Her strategic approach to social media marketing has enabled her to showcase these brands authentically, creating compelling content that resonates with audiences and drives brand visibility.
